一 Clarity 理清思緒
First,you have to know what you want. It’s not enough to go after a profession thatpays well. Making money your priority will destroy your soul. It will leave youunsatisfied and miserable。
首先，你得知道自己要什么。僅僅追求高報(bào)酬的工作是不夠的。把掙錢當(dāng)做你的首要目標(biāo)會(huì)毀掉你的靈魂，你會(huì)覺得不滿足，甚至抑郁。
二 Focus 集中精力
Onceyou become clear about what you want to do, it’s important that you focus onthe tasks that help you make the most progress. For example, if you’re buildingan online business, you can spend all the time you want checking email, but itwon’t get you closer to the goals that truly matter in your life. An onlinebusiness is not a business until a sale is made。
一旦你知道了自己想要的是什么，最重要的是要集中精力在能取得實(shí)質(zhì)進(jìn)展的事情上。比如，如果你想在網(wǎng)上做生意，你可能得花很多時(shí)間處理郵件，但是這件事并不能讓你接近目標(biāo)。因?yàn)槌琴u出了東西，否則不叫做生意。
三 Goal Setting 設(shè)定目標(biāo)
Goalsetting gives your mind something to focus on. Our brains are goal seekingmechanisms. If you don’t give your mind something to go after, it won’t know what to do。
目標(biāo)會(huì)讓你的頭腦有所聚焦。我們的大腦有目標(biāo)追尋的機(jī)制。如果你不給它一個(gè)目標(biāo)，它就不知道要做什么。
四 Action 行動(dòng)起來(lái)
Onceyou’ve set your goal, it’s time to start taking massive action. Most successfulpeople are positive. They face the same amount of challenges as anyone else.The only difference is that they view their failures differently. They knowthat by trying many things, they will succeed sooner or later, whileunsuccessful people tend to give up before they’ve even started。
一旦你有了目標(biāo)，就該行動(dòng)起來(lái)了。大部分成功的人都是積極的。他們和其他人面臨著同樣多的挑戰(zhàn)。唯一的不同是他們從不同的角度看待失敗。他們知道通過(guò)這些嘗試，他們?cè)缤頃?huì)成功，而那些失敗的人往往在真正開始之前就已經(jīng)放棄了。
五 Trial & Error? 不斷試錯(cuò)
Becomingsuccessful is all about trial and error. The more you fail, the faster you willsucceed. This doesn’t mean you should jump from thing to thing before you’vegiven it a chance. 走向成功就是不斷嘗試和犯錯(cuò)的過(guò)程。你失敗的越多，也就成功的越快。當(dāng)然這并不是說(shuō)你要不斷的從一件事跳到另一件事。而是說(shuō)應(yīng)該選一件被證明是可以完成的事，然后集中精力直到搞定它。
