皮特: Good morning,Mr.Wood. This is Tony Pitt from an Australian Import and Export Company.

皮特: The goods you sent to us are not in conformity with the specifications of the contract and made us lose a lot of money, so we feel that you shoule fix up the problems and make it up to us.

皮特: As soon as the shipment arrived at our port, we had it inspected. To our disappointment, we found the goods were underweight.
