軟錳礦煙氣脫硫研究
摘要: 在噴射鼓泡反應器(JBR)中采用軟錳礦吸收煙氣中并對影響脫硫率的因素液固比、礦漿初始pH、煙氣流量、進口煙氣濃度、礦粉粒度等進行了探討。結果表明,采用的JBR反應器作為吸收設備,軟錳礦脫除煙氣中效果明顯(脫硫率>90%),吸收液經(jīng)過化學加工、精制后,可得工業(yè)上具有價值的化工原料 Abstract: Experiment for aborbing SO2rom flue gas with pyrolusite pulp were carried out in a jet bubble reactor . Various in fluence factors on remove ratio of SO2were investigated,inculding liquid-solid ratio, entrance concentration of the pulp ,flowrate of flue gas and particle size of the pyrolusite.
