新農村建設中的環境問題及其對策
摘要： 分析了我國農村地區環境現狀,發現導致農村環境污染難以解決的主要原因是環境保護意識淡漠,農業生產粗放,環境管理思想和治理模式與農村現實相脫離,環境保護科研力量薄弱.為有效解決農村環境問題,應加強宣傳,增強農村環境保護意識;大力發展生態農業;加強農村飲水安全及生活用水處理;進行農村生活垃圾分類收集和資源化利用;健全基層環保機構,加大環保執法力度,有效控制鄉鎮企業污染;加大資金投入,抓好基礎設施建設;積極推進城鎮化和工業園區建設;加強農村環境保護科研工作,加快新技術的推廣應用.
