Synthesis of Dithiocarbamate Derivatives of Quinazolinone and Their in vitro Antitumor Activity
Because of the essential role of thymidylate synthase (TS) in DNA biosynthesis, [1] many TS inhibitors have been designed for the treatment of cancer, [2] of which Raltitrexed has been successfully used for the first-line treat ment of advanced colorectal cancer.
