China will expand its trials of crop rotation1 and fallow systems this year as part of efforts to facilitate the green development of agriculture. 今年我國將擴大耕地輪作休耕制度試點規模，促進農業綠色發展。   “輪作”（crop rotation）指在同一田塊上有順序地在季節間和年度間輪換種植不同作物的種植方式。比如，在同一田塊上，一年種大豆，一年種小麥，一年種玉米，接下來每年按照上述順序輪換種植。在南方一年多熟的條件下，一年內還可以按照季節進行輪換種植。   “休耕”（fallow）指對肥力不足、地力較差的耕地，一定時期內不種農作物，但仍進行管理和維護，以恢復地力。
